This Sunday!
Event Up-date.
Things are really taking shape in readiness for this weekend's Eddy's Extreme Enduro at Tong, Nr Leeds. With the track team having been on site since Tuesday morning the course is nearly 80% complete. The weather has been cold on the evenings but the sunny days have enabled the team to get the job well and truly done. There have been a few changes along the way and all for the better and with Fast Eddy still continuing to ride the lap and make sure all is 100% ready for Sunday. Fast Eddy quoted "Things are taking shape nicely and I can assure riders and spectators the event will be awesome, we have a great mix of natural terrain with a very technical course, this will ensure it will not be a Sunday afternoons easy ride for the competitors".
The course will be open at 9.00 am on Saturday for all Adult and youth riders to view, with a 3 hour open signing on time from 12.00 pm - 3.00 pm. With a British Championship on the line it's going to be interesting to see who will come out on top at the UK's first prestigious title of 2011. Also, note the organizers have made the event affordable towards the public and are urged to support a true British Championship event with the Best riders in the world and Britain appearing at Tong.
